Frequently asked questions

How do I reserve a party time and date? Start by filling out our Request at Date form. We will contact you to find a date and time that meet your needs. A non-refundable $100 deposit will be required in order to reserve your party.		How early should I arrive before my party? No more than 10 minutes, please. We know that you are anxious to set up; however, the party area will not be available until your party time.
When will we start planning the party? We will contact you two weeks before your party, to go over all the details.		Will my party coach decorate my event room? The party coach will not have time to decorate. You will have the party room 10 minutes before the guests are finished playing, so you will have some time to set up.
When do I pay for the balance of my party? Full payment is due 1 week prior to the event.		Can I bring confetti or hang streamers? No confetti, no silly string, please. Streamers are fine.
Can I have 2 guests of honor? YES, you can have two guests of honor at your party.		Can I bring my own decorations and paper products and set them up for my child’s party? Yes!
How do you count guests? Children age 2-17 who receive wristbands and play on the equipment are counted as guests. Everyone must have a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian, socks, and a wristband in order to play.		When can I set up my party area? Your party area will be available to you 10 minutes before the end of your field event, in order to give us time to clean between parties.
What if I have more than 20 children? Your party package includes 20 children. Additional guests (up to 10 more can be added) will cost $15 extra per guest. If you need a party for 31 or more children, you will need to purchase another party package.		What should my guests bring to the party? SOCKS and a SIGNED RELEASE FORM are required to play. Please remind your guests that without both of these items the children will not be allowed on the inflatables or on the field. Sorry, we cannot make any exceptions.
Is it only our guests playing on the inflatables or field during our party? You will have each play zone or field to yourself. However, there will be other parties going on at the same time, in the other play zones and fields.		Can I download the release form from your website? Do you have someone who will stay with the children at all times? A party coach will be with your group while the children are in the play zones and on the field. Once everything is set up in the event room, the party coach will check in occasionally to make sure you have everything you need, but will not supervise the children in the party room, serve food or cut the cake.		Can we put family members on the same waiver? Yes. There is no need to fill out separate waivers for each member of your family. Just put all of their information on one waiver. We have extra waivers at the facility if you need them.
May I give my party coach a tip? Absolutely! Our party coaches work hard to cater to your party's needs. They are there to make sure that you and your guests are happy. Like others in the service industry, they appreciate positive feedback.		How much do I tip my party coach? Whatever you would like.
Can we bring our own food? You may bring a cake but no other food or beverage items. All other food, as well as beverages, must be purchased from our onsite partner, High Five at the Plex. Please remember to bring candles, matches, and a knife to cut the cake.		What if fewer/more guests show up on the day of the party after I have placed my food order? If you have any last minute changes to your order, please contact us immediately at 408-224-8774. We may be able to accommodate a few add-ons, but we will not be able to subtract numbers from your order.
What about birthday cakes? Can we bring our own cake? Yes, you may bring a cake but no other food or beverage items. Please remember to bring candles, matches, and a knife to cut the cake.		Are food and drinks provided as part of a party? No, food and drinks are not included. All food and beverages must be purchased from our onsite restaurant, High Five at the Plex.
Can we buy a birthday cake from you? Not at this time. We may offer this service in the future.		How many invitations do I get? Can I get more if I need to invite more people? Twenty invitations are included in the package price. If you need more please talk to us.
What type of food do you serve? Please see our food section for details.		When do you need to know my head count if I am ordering food? Both LOL Parties and High Five at the Plex need confirmation 1 week prior to the event.
Can I serve alcohol to the adults? Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in any of the party rooms at any time. Beer and wine are available in the High Five at the Plex restaurant but must be consumed in the restaurant.		Will there be someone in the party room to serve my pizza and cake? Your party coach will make sure you have everything you need, but he or she does not serve food and drinks.
