THE TOURNAMENT PARTY
Your party consists of:
• 2 hour mini tournament (soccer, dodgeball, etc.)
• followed by 45 minutes of party time in your private event room.
• A coach / referee will be available to provide a pre-tournament
warm up, review of rules and indoor game strategy, and referee the games.
Also Included:
• 20 birthday invitations with
envelopes
• 20 thank
you cards . Another way for us to thank you for

Large Arena Tournament: $500
Small Arena Tournament: $300
How many guests?
• Invite up to 20 friends, and adults are
free!
• If you need to invite up to 10 more friends, there
is a $15 per additional friend fee.
• If you need an even larger party, we can help! (For
example: 30 - 40 guests = booking 2 parties, 50-60 guests =
3 parties, and 70-80 guests = 4 parties.)
• Please note that the event room included in the
price of the party seats 22 people.

THE STANLEY CUP PARTY
"The Ultimate Hockey Party!"
Your party consists of:
• One hour of private rink time - an entire rink reserved just for you.
• One hour of private party room time, including tablecloths, napkins, plates, flatware, and cake server.
• Skates and full hockey equipment rental available for only $4 per player.
• Our gift to the birthday child: a Stanley Card good for 3 free Pickup Hockey or Public Skating sessions at Rollin’ Ice - a $30 value!
• 10 guests minimum/16 guests maximum
Cost:
$300 for Silver Creek Sportsplex members, $345 for non-members.
$100 non-refundable deposit required to secure your reservation. Balance due Wednesday before the party.
(Does not include food, beverages, or rental of skates/hockey gear).
Time:
There is only one time slot available each week, from 12-2pm on Saturday.
Our calendar fills quickly. Please book as early as possible to ensure your birthday date will be available
Food:
You may bring a birthday cake. All other party food must be purchased from our on-site restaurant, High Five at the Plex. Please check our catering page for more information on pricing.

Event Rooms
Included in the price of your party, our cozy event rooms seat 22 people. If you would like to seat more than 22 people, we have larger event rooms with more space, for an additional fee.
PREMIUM/LARGER PARTY ROOMS MUST BE REQUESTED AT TIME OF BOOKING TO GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY. (A room is not reserved until a confirmation invoice is issued.)

For the party of all parties, let’s talk. Our Event Room 101 seats up to 275 people! If you are interested, please ask for more details.
Balloons:
We are also happy to offer a balloon service! Each bundle of 15 balloons for $20.00. The balloons will be in your party room when you arrive! No more stuffing them into the back of your car. (If you prefer, you may bring your own balloons.)
Please note that each child must have
a RELEASE
FORM signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to be
permitted to play. No exceptions!
Inflatables Maintenance and Repair.
We clean our inflatables on a weekly basis and cannot guarantee at anytime all inflatables will be available at your party. They routinely go out for general maintenance and repair and are unavailable for up to 10 days. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
